Password hell!
Look, nine times out of ten, if I have to use your password recovery feature, it's only so I can see your password "rules", so I can figure out what I set my password to when I signed up for your service.
If you people would just display your password length/content requirements on the login page, my life we be a helluva lot easier some days.
Oh, and if you're going to change password requirements, at least be evil enough to expire everyone's passwords, so at least we don't have the issue of different parts of your service needing different passwords. I'm looking at you, Google!
